How to Place an Order
You may place an online using our shopping cart, by telephone calling our toll-free number or sending in your order. In the shopping cart you will have the option of paying with a credit card or paying through PayPal. Once you have found the merchandise you would like to purchase, click the "Order" button. This will take you to our "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button.
At any time you can change, add, or delete your item or your order. European Union residents are subject to VAT sales tax on all orders. This amount has already been added to the order value. When you are done shopping, select payment option in the shopping cart and click "Purchase". Please provide your shipping and billing information. Click the "Continue" button. You will be transferred to our secure server for your credit card number. Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from PayPal.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
- Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day or at the latest the following day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 15 days of shipment date. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if washed or worn. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes. Any opened and partially used products are not returnable or exchangeable.

Pack your return in the original package if possible. Packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. Inspection of each returned item will be made to assure first quality. We do not refund shipping fees.
Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Orders and eChecks Through Paypal and Mail-In Checks. Customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party. All credit card information sent online is processed through our Secure Server. |
